I have always uploaded NatWest bank statements without any issues and now have to upload Lloyds bank statements too and cannot do this - if I have a csv file can I convert it to a qif?
You can use csv file (no need to change it to qif) and use "other "in bank option when uploading the file to quickfile. With the “other” option you can map the columns.
Could could also change/manipulate the column in a spreadsheet app on your laptop/computer to match the pre-settings in quickfile
