Urgent. Profiles disappeared



2 profiles have disappeared from my dashboard. I urgently need these reinstated. I recently topped up my account. I had no warning of this?

When we disconnect profiles on the first occurrence, we send an email notification 2 weeks before removing them to allow the account owners (likely to be your clients) to continue using the accounts without any issues.
