USD account balance does not agree with the relevant balance sheet number for a specific date

My USD balance does not agree with balance sheet entry for the USD balance dated 30/06/2017 -
the numbers are 35.47 in the bank register vs. -407.93 on the balance sheet.

The balance sheet entry is the GBP entry for the USD value (as the full balance sheet is in GBP).

It does seem that it’s a little off though! Do you have many USD invoices and transactions?

I don’t think it’s an exchange issue given the numbers - I usually have some US transactions every month. Can i send you some images or whatever to help make it more clear?
