USD Shopify sales not being imported

Hi, when I import PayPal transactions into the QF Paypal account, none of the Shopify sales is being imported. Our shop does target the US and all sales are in USD. Any ideas on how I can get these imported so I can tag them as sales?

I’ve read that you have a zapier integration, is this the only way? At the moment I need to add them retrospectively for last year. Thanks

Hi,
Zapier definitely works well. But for older transaction you have to upload a CSV file which you can download from PayPal.

I have taken a look at the account linked to your email and I can see you have enabled it as a form of payment but have not activated the actual feed part

I’ve been uploading the csv but the sales don’t seem to import
