Use cash based P&L figure for tax return

I have a very simple business (turnover under £85K) and all income and outgoings go through my QuickFile account. Can I simply use the ‘Profit Before Tax’ figure from my cash based P&L for my tax return?

As you work through your Tax Return it should ask you if your figures are based on Accrual Basis or Cash Basis
