Is it possible to use tokens with letters?
I’m afraid this is not supported at the moment, but it seems like a good feature to have. Would you mind if I updated this to a “feature request” for now?
Go ahead. Seems that we are needing to sending out customised letters to our members now.

Do you have any specific tokens you’d be looking to use?
Maybe just the just the @firstname@ and @surname@ for now just to personalise the letter.
