User interface issues

Hi, I just recently joined. I am finding the following issues with the program.
I have deactivated all pop-up blockers for Quick File but still am unable to perform the following actions.

  • unable to click on any of the pop up windows when trying to tag bank transactions for example.

  • Bank feed does not want to Load for Revolut current account.
  • I am unable to book invoices as paid.

Which browser are you using? I believe the majority of testing happens with Chrome so if you’re using something else like Firefox or Safari you may have more luck with Chrome instead.

You may also want to try incognito mode (ctrl+shift + n) if you are still having issues on chrome as it will load without any browser extensions which may be interfering.

@ian_roberts thank you. I am using Chrome. Also tried with Edge but both have the same issue.

Thank you @QFSteve, I tried this just now and it is giving me the same problem with the pop up windows not allowing me to confirm when tagging, choose supplier from bank etc.

Can you try to test on your phones browser using mobile data.(to try and see if it is a pc issue?).
