We are showing a small credit balance under the ‘Billing’ section of our QuickFile account. It’s time to renew our subscription and I’d like to use that balance as part payment but can’t see a way to achieve it. Can it be done?

It can be done manually by the support team. However, every account comes with a small balance to test out the snail mail feature - this part of the credit can’t be used on the subscriptions.
If you want to use any other part of your balance, just Drop us a message and we’ll take a look for you
