You can set any custom VAT rates on your account in QuickFile although I’m afraid some of the forum discussions may be out dated now.
To set your custom sales and purchase VAT rates go to Account Settings >> Company Settings and click on the Advanced Features tab. From here you can enter a comma separated list of VAT Rates.
I will also look at getting the ICPA added to the list of regulators.
