my vat total is wrong. its stating i owe more vat than iv collected from sales invoice

Hello. The quickfile support team use this site so I’m sure they will reply when they can. I’m assuming they’re not working today seems it’s new years day and a bank holiday. I’m not an expert by far by what does the breakdown show you? Is there anything you can see being added or missing? Are you on cash accounting for vat? There are a lot of variables but if you can give more info may be someone on here can help?
Cash accounting. Says my sales for the period is 27k and vat of £5411. My sales for this period is nothing like £27. More like £7k. It’s been very quiet
How do I re instate a rolled back vat return I think this is what’s causing the problem I believe it may be adding previous 3month period and current together as I rolled back 1/7/24 to 30/9/24 due to been advised by quick file as errors where reported on 7th December with hmrc vat gateway.

Resolved now. It was the previous vat period rolled back so was adding 2 periods together.
