VAT Authorisation

Dear Support,
I am an agent and have many VAT registered clients working fine on Affinity but for one of them, I cannot seem to get authorised to submit the VAT Returns. Tried on several occasions using my ASA but to no avail…the message continues to be “Your Tax may have expired. Please try to remove the existing link and reconnect on the HMRC Connect page” - can you please private message me and look into this?

Managed to sort after dabbling with settings etc. so no need to reply.
