VAT end date

Hi
This is our first VAT return and we are registered with HMRC for VAT from 1 July 2023. The end date for the VAT comes up as August on quickfile, no matter if we change the quarterly dates. Is this correct and is this set by HMRC? Thanks

The periods shown in the Reports > Vat Returns > Create screen come directly from your HMRC tax account.

We have no control over these periods.

If they are incorrect you would need to speak to HMRC directly
