Vat period and vat filing date

I signed up for quickfile to state my business 1 February 2019.

I have one credit card outstanding for January as payment leaves account the following month but transactions are January some of them.

From the attached screen shot I have just submitted a vat form to hmrc old style online for period November to January payment for vat paid end of February.

So what I’m asking have I got the right vat period for QuickFile to start digitally and the vat filling start date.

No, the HMRC dates are period ending and Quickfile uses period start dates.

As per the VAT Guide in the knowledgebase you should use Feb, May, Aug, Nov.
