VAT processing error

VAT processing Error:
“You are not yet authorised to view this report for the **VRN ********** . Please ensure your VAT number is correct and you have connected the corresponding HMRC Tax Account. If you have recently enrolled on the MTD scheme please allow 24 hours for HMRC systems to update”

Have been using this feature in QF for over 10 years and no issues encountered after MTD…please can you urgently advise how to fix as VAT return due very soon.

There are a few things that could cause this error.

Thanks again…by following through the troubleshooting I discovered that there were more than two open links (multiple computer accessing over the weekend ) so deleting the links for all bar one solved the issue.
