VAT return - incorrect VRN

I got this email from QuickFile but am not sure why van is wrong or indeed what I do to change it.
please explain what I need do

This email has been automatically generated to inform you that a VAT Return for Fxxxxx for the period 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2020 has been unsuccessfully processed by HM Revenue and Customs.

I also got an email from HMRC referring me back to QuickFile

Reason being:

By ChRIS : The VRN specified 26335xxxx was not found.
