VAT Return - minus figure in box 4

I have just tried to do my first monthly VAT return for the month of July for a one man limited company. His previous returns have come out with a NET VAT amount to be reclaimed from Customs ie he is owed money back as vat reclaimed on purchases is much more than his sales. however I have noticed that on the current return his figure in box 4 is - £532.37 whereas before it has been a non minus figure. how would this happen ?

If box 4 is minus somethings either wrong or there’s been an adjustment of some kind. Download the vat calculations and check
