VAT Return MTD issue

I have been using QuickFile for a year now and when i went to create a new VAT return i am getting an error:
You are not yet authorised to view this report for the VRN xxxxxxxx . Please ensure your VAT number is correct and you have connected the corresponding HMRC Tax Account. If you have recently enrolled on the MTD scheme please allow 24 hours for HMRC systems to update.

I rang up HMRC VAT section and they confirm I am registered for MTD and have been submitting successfully for the past year.

Does anyone know what the issue might be ?

I checked the error and it was showing “Client not Authorised” and tried again and it is now showing “Good” in green.
But when i try to create a VAT report I still get the same error message.
Do i need to wait 24 hours before trying it again.

Its working now.
I had two records showing Fail and one record showing Pass.
I removed the two failed records and now i am able to open up the VAT report
