The same has happened for me.
I’ve just submitted my first MTD VAT Return and get find the Back-up details.
NO VAT Return receipt ID was shown when the Submitted Screen came up.
If I check the Old VAT Return Screen, it only shows the VAT Return as “Saved” whereas the new procedure shows “Filed”.
I have checked my HMRC Account online and the Return is there.
What’s happening in Quickfile? … the reporting is very confusing!
Just to Correct my previous message.
Quickfile has now been updated with the HMRC Receipt ID numbers.
Just the problem of viewing the transactions that prove the VAT Return calculations.
As @QFMathew has mentioned above there was an issue which we discovered and are working to resolve ASAP.

I am registered for MTD and the Government Gateway is expecting a Vat Return through software but Quickfile will not allow me to send it.This is the message and yes the vat number is correct.
You are not yet authorised to view this report for the VRN 262586875 . Please ensure your VAT number is correct and you have connected the corresponding HMRC Tax Account. If you have recently enrolled on the MTD scheme please allow 24 hours for HMRC systems to update.
