You have a saved VAT Return that overlaps this period (ending 31 Aug 2019). Please rollback any overlapping VAT Returns before proceeding. Show VAT Return list.
I get the above message when I try to submit a Vat Return yet when i go to see the VAT Return list the two wrong returns are designated "Rolled BACK " already as a Red Box Status

Where are you seeing the error message exactly? The “Saved” return in your screenshot would be the one affecting the period ending 31st Aug.
