We are having problems with the vat on certain sales invoices showing as outstanding, the invoice is stamped as paid in full but the vat in not showing as paid? It does not occur on every sales invoice. Any ideas?
Are you able to give example invoice numbers please?
I don’t work for QF, I’m just thinking of making their life a bit easier when it comes to looking into it
