Hi Day 1 user here, just trying to work out which category i put things like diesel, vehicle maintenance etc in.

Hello @mickpilch

There are standard codes set up such as the below or you can create your own codes if you prefer but it is your choice as to which you think is best.

  • Fuel and Oil (MOTOR) 7300
  • Scale Charges 7350
  • Traveling 7400
  • Miscellaneous Motor Expenses 7304

The codes in your company would depend on the type of company you set up.

e.g. Limited Company

You can find a list of all the codes you have in Reports > Chart of accounts

If the ones I mention are not listed, just create your own codes in the same number ranges.
