View previous accounts jobs

hi i have had my accounts donr through a third party on quickfile they put are accounts for us to download they have then disconected from our account but now we can not get any of the accounts were do i go to retrive them please

Hi @dai

If you go to Help >> Additional Services, you should see an option for year end workspaces:

From here, you can view both active and previous jobs.
