I have been using Quickfile since 2012 and should have bank account records in the system going back to 2012-2013. I am trying to find bank account activity from 2018-2019 but I am only able to view my bank accounts from 01/02/2019. How do I see transactions from before this time?

The main view will only show you the previous 2 years by default. If you go to the search options at the top you can enter the date range that you want to view.
