Virgin Bank is showing offline since 30.09.24 - it is activated till December so that is not the issue - my Bank is showing that Quickfile is authorised - any advice?

I would reccomend going into Banking > Open Banking Feeds and revoking the feed.
Reconnect the feed so a fresh authorisation is granted.
I have done this and the status is now OK however any transactions from 30.09.24 have not uploaded will I have to insert them manually?

After connection the feed would start importing tonight but you can refresh the feed.
Most banks allow you to refresh 21-30 days (depending on the bank)
Click on “Active Feed” in the banking screen then Refresh
