Virgin Business Bank Feed on 'Pause'

Hi, I have a red box under ‘bank feed’ marked ‘Paused’ have spoken to Virgin and all is ok at their end still 76 days of authorization left before needing to renew the feed, anyone have any suggestions for resolving?

There is a option to unpause it in your feed settings in your bank account in quickfile. But the best way would be to revoke/delete the feed completely and setup a new one. The feed is paused when the bank changes something and to unpause it doesn’t work always.
