Virgin Money Bank account feed

Hi,
I have just set up my Virgin Money bank account fee, or I think I have :thinking:
It says ‘You have successfully connected your Virgin Money’
but then at the bottom right says ’ not linked’

I have I don’t something wrong?

In you banking screen do you have any banks with the virgin logo next to them?

If not open the bank screen > view your bank > options > settings and select virgin money as the bank name

then go back to bank feeds and select the account to link the feed to it.
