Anyone else having trouble with their bank feed to Virgin Money Business Savings? I think these are legacy accounts - all was fine until about a week ago. Now despite revoking and trying again, I cannot connect.
Error - The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.

I can see the authorisation on the Virgin Money account has 59 days remaining (out of 90) meaning it has not been revoked in some time.
Can you please revoke it now and try reconnecting it?
I revoked it earlier today when I made that post. It still refuses to reconnect.
It will connect happily to other Virgin Money accounts, just not a legacy accounts (ex Northern Rock)

If it revoked successfully, it would say 90 days remaining before authorisation.

it no longer shows in the Open Banking page - you are looking at my non-legacy Virgin Money account for which the Open Banking feed is still active.
I can see you Santander account is gone but there is a Virgin Money account still listed (the one with 59 days left)
If you have more than one Virgin Money account you require a feed for you will need to revoke it and then set up both accounts at the same time.
there are two types of Virgin Money accounts - one of mine is a legacy the other isn’t. So they need to be done separately. If you select Virgin Money when you add feed - you have two options - one of which is no longer working,
I deleted the Santander as it no longer needs to be there.

You can only add multiple accounts for the same bank if they are accessed via the same login details.
I would reccomend connecting the current account via the feed and importing a csv statement for the savings account.
it was working absolutely fine until the last week or so. Obviously I can do that, but it would be good for someone to check why the feature is no longer working. Virgin Bank has legacy accounts which use a different login and a different website. Please click on the add Virgin Money open banking button and you will see you get two options - one that works, and one that doesn’t anymore.

When adding a virgin money legacy account (select virgin money from the drop down then virgin money legacy the error no longer shows, it now redirects correctly
