Virgin money feed , multiple accounts different logins

Hi,
I have two Virgin Money business accounts (different account numbers and login) . Have set up bank feed for both accounts but they do not refresh, even if I do a manual refresh. If I revoke and set up again it works but only for a couple of days.
Is there something wrong? It’s very frustrating!

It would not work if they are both different logins for the same bank.

You can only connect more than 1 account for the same bank if they have the same login.

I have just double checked our Virgin Money account and both accounts are under the same login. Does this mean I should be able to have bank feed for both?
At this moment in time I have revoked the feed from the account with less usage to see if it makes a difference to refreshing, even when we had just the one account connected the refresh was never fully up to date.

Two accounts under the same login should work - you make one “feed” connection from QuickFile to Virgin Money and grant permission for both accounts as part of that single authorisation, then link each account in the feed to the right bank account in QuickFile.

Is it a specific type of transaction that is missing? Outgoing debit card payments in particular can appear to be a few days behind, this is because some banks show card payments in internet banking immediately when the card is authorised with the merchant, but the bank feed system will only pull the transaction in once it is fully settled and the merchant has taken the money, which is usually a few working days later.

Thanks for the advice, none of the transactions actually come through, even if I manually refresh. I’ll try your suggestion with the two accounts though.
