I currently have processes that make use of go cardless direct debit collections and I noticed that when direct debits are set up/cancelled by clients I receive no updates that this has occurred.
Is there any chance of a webhook being sent when a direct debit is set up/cancelled for clients, or even a general “Client Updated” webhook when this occurs?

Appreciate that there isn’t a way to do this in an automated fashion, but we send an email (sent to the account administrator) when a new direct debit is set up through QuickFile. While we don’t issue a cancelled direct debit email, GoCardless should do this for you.
