I am very sorry for the downtime today. The issue occurred with our data center provider in Fareham. I don’t have a great deal of information at this moment, but it would appear that a network switch failed upstream from us. We would have expected there to have been some automatic fail-over, but this seemingly didn’t happen.

I will gather a full report from our data center provider and post an update here as soon as we know exactly what went wrong.
