This doesn’t look like a screen from within QuickFile. Are you seeing this anywhere within your account?
It means FOLIO. i note that it make reference to rupees as currency. It could be that book keeping system in countries that use rupees may still use the folio system.
Back in the day when we used ledger books to write down accounting entries. Folio was a corresponding reference. In the above its PJ - is the purchase journal i.e to show that the corresponding entry has been made in purchase journal.
PRJ - purchase returns journal i think.
