We recently switch to a new current account provider and spent several months with both accounts running as things gradually moved across. Having two identical current accounts listed was causing us issues as we completed our transition and closed the old accounts. We removed the old bank account from the bank list and now can’t see where it has gone. Everything still seems to balance, but we cannot find the records of the bank! I am worried that we may have accidentally deleted all the records for the main bank account going back ‘n’ years. Is there any ability to undo this error… because this is going to be a major issue at year end!
Can anyone advise as to how to get back to a point where this recent historic data is still available?
