The 7506 (Hosting Fees and IT Consumables) should be suitable. However, I’m not an accountant so it may be worth double checking.

I queried this recently and went for 8201 (subscriptions) in the end. I think is more appropriate than 7506 as, at the end of the day, we are paying for the usage of the software more than it being hosting fees. The fee can be classed as an allowable expense in your book.

Thanks. I see your point. I think I’ll just add a note to the accountant and they can decide!
