Wise Bank Feed Missing Transactions

I have been using QuickFile for the past few months and have connected my Wise Business account to it.

The bank feed was working correctly until recently, but many transactions are no longer appearing in the feed. As a result, I am unable to reconcile my accounts properly.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue and restore the missing transactions?

We have seen some issues with the Wise feed recently as Wise have released a new version of their bank feed.

Our development team are currently working on it and hopefully it will back up soon.

When I hear it is resolved I will update this thread.
