Wise.com Account Balance are negative

I just created 2 Wise.com bank accounts and updated the accounts via Bank feed. I have also tagged all the transitions.

However, I just noticed that both accounts have a negative balance. On the actual Wise account, the USD account has a positive value while the GBP account has a balance of 0

Did you add an opening balance and tag it?

I eventually discovered that that was the problem. I added an opening balance and the problem was fixed.

Although for the USD account, I have excess USD 78.73 in the bank. However, the GBP account balanced without any problem.
