World Pay integration

Hi,
Having searched the KB already and found no up to date answers…
I am trying to get my WorldPay Ecommerce payment system to work in QuickFile, I have a full online payment solution with WorldPay!
Nowhere in the dashboard is an “installation ID” or an “MD5 code”…
I spoke to someone at WorldPay as in the KB it says about a “Junior Account” or something alike, and I was told they havent run them for years!!
I have access to various API codes, various linking codes and everything in WorldPay, but nothing called an “Installation ID”, and WorldPay have no idea what this could be!
Seems as if QuickFile may be a few years behind with the integrations…
So how do I get this working?

Apologies for the delayed reply. I’m not personally familiar with this integration, so I’m just waiting on clarification on the set up with this, and we’ll be able to assist you further.

Fabulous… I don’t want to have to change from QuickFile! But Worldpay is the provider on my website and all my POS, so it needs to work on invoices too…

Thanks for your patience with this.

I’ve checked this with a colleague and can confirm that you need the “Select Junior” type account, which is still available according to the WorldPay website. I also found some details here which may help.

From reading other user’s experiences, Select Junior may not already be on your account, and you may need to request for it to be added.
