Wrong Date for Year End Journals

My companies year end was 31/01/2015, when I go to the Year End Process it shows the date 31/03/2015. I have not had this problem before and have not changed the year end date. I checked the year end date in the company set up and it was blank, I have entered the correct date but the date is still wrong for the year end process.

Any help will be gratefully accepted.

The date was still blank when I checked your company settings. I updated it to 31/01/2016 and it now pulls through the correct dates in the year-end journals.
