Hello, I have been using an accountant for the last couple of years which I found through the Price Comparison service but I have not had a good experience in the last year. I am now looking to get quotes from other accountancy firms but I cannot see the option “need help with your accounts?”
Can anyone assist and point me in the right direction?

Are you still connected to your accountants Affinity account?
You will see an option to remove user in the Account Settings > Team Management screen if you are?
The “need help with your accounts?” will only show if you are not connected.
Are you paying for QuickFile yourself or is it through your accountant?
If you are over the 1000 nominal posting threshold and are connected to your accountants Affinity, if you disconnect you would be asked to purchase a subscription.
