Hi
I am running a year end 2014 and some how i locked year 2013 without year end journal.
Now in journal for year 2014 all categories shown as a sum of two years.
is it possible to fix it?

All you need to do here is delete the year end journal for 2014, then lodge a separate year end journal for 2013 and then again for 2014. That should resolve the problem.

Let me know if you have any further problems.

The problem is: there are no year end journals for 2012, 2013 or 2014 on the journal list and there is nothing to remove… :frowning:

I’ve removed all locks for you. Did you use the Extended Trial Balance (ETB) as it was here where the locks were applied?

OK I didn’t think you would have used this. I will check with someone else to see how the lock ended up there. In the mean time you should be able to reapply any year-end journals from 2012 onwards.
