I have deactivated a Yodlee bank feed to a Santander currrent account as it was not collecting transactions and tried to set up a new bank feed.
When setting up there is no verification of any passwords, etc. but says a connection has been made.
If I try looking at the Bank feed details the message is “Clunk!!
Something has just happened that wasn’t suppose to happen!”
the same thing is happening with a Santander Credit Card

Hi, Yodlee has stopped collecting transactions from our Lloyds account - it was doing this fine from February, but has suddenly stopped downloading transactions. An update would be appreciated. thanks
@Slang @concentric @alan_mcbrien - It does appear that the automatic update hasn’t run for a number of accounts overnight, which is being looked into.
However, you should be able to manually refresh these successfully. Can you try this please and let me know if this works all OK for now?
@tobyw7 - I manually refreshed your feed for you on the main bank account to ensure this works (which it did).
Hi I can manually refresh but it isn’t picking up the most recent transactions. I manually refreshed today and it only picked up transactions to 2/6/17. I’m new to Quickfile and Yodlee so any help gratefully received thank you!

With Natwest and RBS there is a 4-5 day delay on the feed, this is to prevent duplicates appearing. Both these banks present uncleared transactions on their statements and routinely change the descriptions or remove entries until at least 4 days have passed.
I’m in the same boat, raised this as an issue last week. QFSupport asked me to keep an eye on it for a few days, but problems persist. Can also pull in manually, but no auto poll.

Just an update here. All accounts appear to have updated successfully overnight. But if you do have any further issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Have a variation on the theme with Nat West Yodlee. Have set up two accounts to be polled but only one works. re-installed yodlee recently
