Yodlee not updating (HSBC)

Hi I have to manually refresh this - I’m sure it used to automatically update before the problems with HSBC?

unfortunately with a Yodlee feed HSBC are enforcing the log in for added security. If you wanted an automatic feed that would refresh on its own and as long as it is for a current account then you should be able to set up an Open Banking feed.

This is a reserve account so no open feed available?

I don’t think the reserve account is available with Open Banking yet. I believe it is coming soon, so you will have to keep refreshing the feed manually for the time being.
