Hi,
I had a bank transfer come in to my Zempler bank account on 13 September 2024 but this is not yet reflected in my bank feed. I try to verify this by logging in and clicking on “Zempler Bank” under the Banking section.
Why is this not yet visible? The last update there is from 26/08/2024. I can see on my banking app that the transfer is visible in my online statement.

Just to check, is this set up as a Zempler feed, or as a Cashplus feed?
If it’s Cashplus, you’ll need to re-authenticate and set it up as a Zempler feed following their rebrand and changes to their Open Banking link.
Have you tried manually refreshing the feed? If so, are you seeing any errors?
Can’t remember if I saw the highlighted red number 1 before I did that or not. Besides that nothing changed.

I just had a look at your account and I can not see any feeds connected?
Are you in the process of re authenticating?
No it wasn’t it’s there now. Not sure why it was removed as I have transactions from till the 26th. Anyway, it’s solved now. Thanks for your help.
