402 error code with Lloyds


We are trying to set up bank feed but we are getting a 402 error message which I think is a Lloyds bank issue
although they say it isnt

Please help


According to Yodlee’s error codes, 402 indicates that the credentials entered are incorrect, this can happen even if you inadvertently include an extra space at the beginning or end of your credentials.

There was a similar post here where someone found that later in the day it worked fine for them.
