I need to add my accountant to my quickfile accounts. I need to know how to do this please?
Are they an affinity user? or would you just like to add them as a user to your QuickFile account?
I’m afraid I don’t know what an affinity user is. I’m very new to quickfile. I want our accountant to have access and be able to post opening balances and make adjustments etc but not be able to lock us out of our accounts.

Sounds like you’ll just need to add them as a user to your account then.
