Is it possible to add a discount to a purchase receipt, I can do it one a sales invoice but when I try to do it on a purchase receipt there is no option to apply it. Basically I have a traders discount so when I put in the items on the receipt the amount added up to is higher than what I have paid as I can’t add the discount to the purchase

Just to add to what @rhc has said, you can add a negative value line to the invoice. This will act as a discount on the invoice.
