Continuing the discussion from Backup not working:
Hi
I use QF on a daily basis and have only just realised that the backup function hasn’t been working since July 2023!
I have clicked the RUN NOW function and nothing, I have updated so frequency is Monthly, still nothing!
Any ideas please?

I had a look on your account and a bounce had been detected on your email so it was flagged as blocked, I have unblocked this now for you.
Please try the backup again now.
