Hi, our client has set up bank feed in June this year, paid for it, but it does not show on the account at all. In affinity account, it shows Automated Bank Feeds Expires on 17/06/2020, but nothing shows in the bank account.

It sounds like there isn’t an actual bank feed set up on their account. They may have paid for the feed but not set up the actual feed or the feed has expired.
If they were using a Yodlee feed, these have now been stopped for Barclays so would have been removed. They will need to set up the link to their account using Open Banking. Migrating a Yodlee feed to Open Banking
