Is anyone else having issues with bank feeds for Tide bank?

We have identified an issue with the Tide feed and the development team are investigating.
When I hear more news on this I will post an update here.
I have this problem with Tide
yes I am - no open connectivity with bank (tide) this morning. I can’t renew the feed. I’ve contacted tide and there are no open issues at their side
Santander feed stopped working for me on the 1th Sept.
Is within date and bank says the link is active at their end.
Any ideas?

Im not seeing an issue on our end.
Please try revoking the feed in Banking > Open Banking Feeds and setting it up again so a fresh authorisation is granted.

ive tried that it didnt work. Tide no longer shows on the drop down list of available banks
we are also having issues, contacted tide, they say no issues there side, have revoked and tried to re add but get the following:
The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.
this has been an issue for us over the last 18hrs

We are also experiencing issues and its with HSBC. Says its in date. Refreshed which added todays transactions but won’t add last weeks…

A quick update, we have received some information from Tide this morning and the development team are currently attempting to implement a fix today.
I am having an issue with the Tide Bank feed. The last time it worked was 12/9/2024, and now if I look at the Feed Details, I get this message;
‘We were unable to retrieve the status of your bank feed. This is likely due to a temporary issue with the bank’s online API service. Please check back later or refer to the Open Banking Settings page for more information.’
If I go into Open Banking, it says the feed expires in 48 days, but there is No Connectivity, and the Status is Offline.
Is there an issue with Quickfile or Tide, and how can it be resolved?
