Has anybody had a problem with the bank monitoring.

Very often, the bank monitoring indicator has switched itself off

What is bank monitoring? This feature seems to have passed me by.

Are you referring to the balance monitoring?

Yes, the feature where Quickfile checks that the balance agrees with that shown on the bank statement

It is more commonly referred to as balance monitoring - where the balance is checked against that shown on the bank statement.

When you say its switched itself off, has this coincided with when you’ve had to renew the feed?

I did think that but I am not too sure.

There has been an instance where it wasn’t, and I am checking each time that I log in to an individual account

I have just logged onto 6 and all seems fine

I will keep you informed
