I don’t think I can copy over recurring invoices though can I?

To answer your query - because invoices are tied to a specific client record, unfortunately there isn’t a direct “copy” function. Do you have many to copy over?

We actually have three QF accounts.
Account 1 - is the original and largest so I need to update all customers in there to use the new trading style.
Account 2 - has around 50 recurring invoices so I need to recreate all the customers in account 1, apply the second trading style to each and then recreate their recurring invoices
Account 3 - only has around 10 customers with a single recurring invoice each so that’s no problem
Thank you, I’m sorry to say there’s no real way to automate this task right now. In the mean time I have passed on your recommendation that it be looked into.
